Return Policy & Warranty
Our Return/Refund policy lasts 7 days, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate any Return, If 7 days have gone by since your delivery then we can’t offer you a Refund/Replacement, for cancellation please email us with your order ID.
We only offer replacements, Refund will be only applicable if we fail to provide a replacement.
We offer free cancellation for all the orders that are not shipped, once we share a tracking number the order will be considered as shipped.
Shipped orders can be cancelled but there will be a cancellation fee, Cancellation fee will be twice the amount of shippping cost, Ex: if your order total shipping cost is $ 50/- then the cancellation fee will be $100/-.
Cancellation fee structure:
If your shipping fee is $ 10/- then the cancellation fee $20/-
If your shipping fee is $20/- then the cancellation fee $40/-
If your shipping fee is $50/- then the cancellation fee $100/-
Return / Replacement
Unboxing video is necessary in case the user claims ” Used/Damaged/Different product is delivered “
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable, liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Thermal paste
* Tools & Accessories
* Other consumables Items
Only those products will be eligible for a warranty for which warranty is specifically mentioned on their product page.
This Warranty covers the defects resulting from defective parts, materials or manufacturing.
Replacement will be only possible if the product is not repairable.
We will do a proper inspection of the product and if we found anything that is not covered under warranty we will send back the product as it sent us.
Users will send the product to us for warranty at their own expense, we will ship back the repaired/replacement product for free.
In case the warranty is rejected user will have to pay both side shipping.
The Warranty does not cover:
- Mechanical or electric damages resulting from incorrect installation, configuration, usage or other activitiesinconsistent with the operation manual or contradictory to technical specifications attached to the device.
- Damages caused by acts of God, floods, fires, lighting or other natural disasters, wars, unexpected events,inappropriate voltage, defective supply materials or other external factors.
- The device that has been tampered with by the Warranty beneficiary or any other person in anyway, including reconfiguration, repair, willful constructional variations, modifications and adjustments.
- The device with serial numbers seals damaged/tampered are illegible.
- The activities specified in the operation manual, which remains the sole responsibility of the Customer in hisown capacity and at his own expense.
- Defects resulting from the usage of improper or non-genuine supply materials.
- Damages due to the user’s fault or lack of knowledge.
- Defective functioning of the device caused by a conflict or incompatibility between software.applications installed on the damaged device or on the equipment, which the device permanently cooperates with in accordance with the intended purpose of the device.
- Any Damages/Rust on the keyboard due to accidental water splash.
- Any kind of physical damage.
Keep in mind that any kind of modification done on the product voids it warranty.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will receive a return mailing address and instructions on your registered email address after the return is approved.
Returns with Reason ” Used/Damaged/Different product is delivered “
Please make sure to make an unboxing video of your order, this will help you and us to initiate any refund/replacement faster.
If you have received ” Used/Damaged/Different product is delivered ” then contact us within 24 hours of delivery and
upload your unboxing video on any platform from where we can either view or download your video, once we have received your video we will analyze the footage, the video should be continuous without any cut or pause if we found any editing or tamper with the video then your refund/replacement request will be denied.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, the refund should reflect in your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
We may also offer a Bank/UPI transfer for faster refunds
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Replacement (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, once your request is accepted please ship the defective/damaged product back to us in 2 days, We may also offer a (free return pickup)* if Your Pincode is serviceable.
After we receive the defective/damaged product we will inspect it, inspection will take 2 business days.
After the inspection is complete we will ship out the replacement in 2 days.
In case we found there is no defect or damage with the product delivered to us, then we will ship back the same product to you after charging the return and reshipping fee.
In case of a manual return, we will send the return shipping address to your registered email ID.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We may offer a paid Pickup service depending on your pickup location.
*Free return pickup will be only available for defective/damaged/wrong product delivered.
