Multimedia mode（press）：
1.Control the Volume
By rotating the knob, you can adjust the volume of your headset or speaker, or press the button to make them mute

Light effect mode（spin）：
1.Switch The Lighting Effect
Click the button to switch the light effect mode and store up to 19 lighting effects.
2.Adjust The Brightness
By rotating the knob, you can adjust the brightness of the backlit or tum the lights off.
3.Custom Your Lighting Effect
Press M1 (or M2/ M3) firstly, then press and hold the M1 (or M2/ M3) button until the knob indicator flashes and the lights of the keys are off, you can custom your lighting effect by pressing the keys that you want, then press the M1 (or M2/ M3) to confirm.

How long is the warranty period?
Mydollpro warrants to the original purchaser that the Product(s) shall be free of any defect in material or workmanship for a period of one year for labor and one year for parts from the date of the original invoice.
Should the Product(s) supplied by Mydollpro prove defective because of improper workmanship or material as reasonably determined by us, Mydollpro agrees, at its option, to either repair or replace the Product free of charge, excluding any shipping or handling charges.
This warranty extends only to personal use & does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use, or use which is not intended. There are no warranties other than expressly set forth herein.
Returns Policy
We offer a 7-Day Return Policy. You have 7 days to return the item from the date that you received it.(confirmed by Shipping Tracking record). Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for opened items. To request a refund for an unopened item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to obtain a return authorization number. We do not bear the shipping cost for returning the goods to us.
If 7 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it's original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping
The final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout. Currently, we offer 2 International shipping methods. Priority worldwide shipping( steady and easy to track) and a faster Express shipping. The estimated times stated below are not guaranteed. An international package could experience delays.
Option 1.Express by DHL/UPS/Fedex/Aramax/SF etc ( there may be tax need to pay in this way) !!!Express Free worldwide for orders over US$500!!! The estimated time of delivery is usually 3-7 Days depending on the country. Includes detailed Tracking and confirmation of delivery.
Please note: For some remote areas, there may be an additional charge of US$ 35. Your order shipping date may be delayed few days if the place is remote because we need find out proper carrier to send out to avoid remote fee, otherwise we will contact you for remote fee or order could be cancelled.
